  We stayed here for almost 4 days. The Hotel was very nice. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. Our bathroom was neat and clean and the shower was very nice. The staff was helpful and courteous. Location was a major plus point. Its unbelievably close to the Roma Termini and we were easily able to catch a tourist bus (hop on-hop off).   The location of the hotel is perfect for a city break. 10 minutes walk from Termini station and we found it very easy to find using google maps. There is now a big sign so even though the reception is on the 1st floor of the building we still found it with ease. The location of the hotel was perfect for us to see the whole of Rome. The hotel Demetra brand new - very clean lines - fresh and crisp. Typical Itialian modern style, with tiled floors and walls. The rooms are very nice, no frills. Location is great, 5 min walk to Termini bus station/train station. Stop for red open top tour bus 110.

  Excellently placed. Just round the corner from the Central bus and metro stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and are more than willing to help with arranging trips, taxis etc. Should have remembered to have a mid day siesta, walking around a city is exhausting. Everything stays open late anyway. Would definitely recommend doing ... wat mensen zeggen » a food tour. - like...pretty much most of it. From the breakfasts and the lovely staff up on the 5th floor we really liked it. Great location (we walked to all of Rome's attractions) and nice place to sleep. The front desk staff suggested some really nice local 'roman' places to eat at..they were really good

The pics on this site are very accurate- the place is quite pretty and clean- and my cleanliness standards are high! I am a young woman, and could walk around without my husband even in the eve - It has a great location. You can reach everything by foot with a short walk (or talk the metro if you want to). Usually the area close to the train station is not great, but this hotel is located in the best area close to the train station. We were out until midnight every day, and only met friendly people. The breakfast is great and the room is spacious and very silent. The staff is very friendly, never had so much insider information at check-in. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
