  The hotel was close to the Termini and in a safe location. The girls at reception were friendly and helpful and also carried my suitcase up to the first floor...much appreciated . The bed was comfortable with furniture being tradipional - Staff were excellent, very helpful and informative. Overall, a good experience apart from some bad bits which i described below.

  The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made sure I knew about the amenities of the hostel and Nas went above and beyond to make sure I made it to the airport for an early flight.   Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there. Also the breakfast was nice and in italian... wat mensen zeggen » style consisting in croissant and cappucino. I recommend this hotel and I would return back with great pleasure. - I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

  Our rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Coffee and juice and pastry was served, for a simple breakfast. Neighborhood is very nice and a short walk to the train station. The hotel is about a block from Independence Square on a side street with little traffic. The attached trattoria is excellent. We would return and/or recommend this hotel to an - Staff is really friendly, helped to us so much. Even gave map and a lot of times showed on it what we must see and how we can walk. Room is so good for this money, its big and all from natural wood. On floor 4 or 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, it is so comfortable too. Location is so good: nearly railway station, 20 minutes walk to Coliseum.

  I wanted to rate this apartohotel excellent plus plus but that feature is not available for selction in the site.We had an wonderful stay...excellent room,excellent staff including mr alfred and mr shahbaz,excellent taxi services ..They are always at your help..it is like staying in your home with an extremely helpful neighbour which is rare today... wat mensen zeggen » ...we dropped our keys inside the keyhole and door got locked..they immmediately helped us out with technical staff..when we reached rome there wasa - Very impressed. Large apartment with two large bedrooms (one large double and one twin), living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and balconies. Four TVs(!). Good heating. Aircon units in the rooms but we didn't need those. Everything you need is in the apartments including a lovely basket of teas, jams etc. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, even walking with us to the local shop to buy bus tickets.   It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.
