  Excellent hotel with a good location near Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi. excellent rooms and excellent service. This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. They make the whole stay wonderful.... wat mensen zeggen » Its people like these who prove that good hotels aren't just walls but people. The room is spacious and decorated tastefully. Though missed the brea - What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

  This was a perfect location being just a few meters off piazza de la signoria in the heart of Florence. Very close to sight seeing, shopping, river etc. The room was well designed with everything one would need including a small safe, it was very clean and the facilities were everything that I needed. There were a good range of English books on things to do in Florence - Fantastic location literally bang in the heart of Florence just off piazza de la signoria, room was clean and the facilities were everything that I needed. The manager Roberto was lovely and also a wonderful host who couldnt have been anymore helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone staying in Florence.

  I like this residence. they prepare everything. Neat and tidy, comfort and warm. The staff, Mr. Luca who can be trusted and give you much support and he is also 24-hours online. Although my room is not big, but it is enough. and the equipment were completed with falt TV. In every flat, there are common space you can use: a cuisine with salon. And ... wat mensen zeggen » you can freely use the washing machine, clotheshorse, electric iron. convenience! The location is at the south bank of Arno, 5 minutes to the ponte v - The place is really beautiful (the building as well as the rooms) and the best value for money of any place that we stayed in in Italy. Great location +-5 min walk to Ponte Vecchio and a few metres from the Arno River. Free use of washing machine available. It would be hard to find a better place than this without spending considerably more. I would stay here again.

  we had a 3 bed room which was very big for Florence and nicely decorated, big bathroom too. the administrator friendly, he recommended a very nice restaurant( expensive but worth the money) . - decoration is very nice. personal is very friendly and intimate. room is comfortable, bathroom is also big.

  We loved the location and the size of the suite. It was very comfortable and had a homey feeling. Our host, Duccio, was very pleasant and greeted us with wine and complimentary soft drinks. This place is for people that are more independent. Other then your host, there is no staff like you would find in a hotel. A wonderful room w a loft (my granddaughter stayed with us one night), very clean, charming old building. Duccio, the owner, made this even better. Incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this for anyone visiting Florence

  We stayed 6 nights in the summer. The location is simply perfect. The rooms are great as well - spacious, clean and with good facilities (water cooker for example). I'd advise to pay for the airco in the summer to close the windows to prevent noise from outside. The breakfast is also very nice; outside of the B&B in a typical Florentine bakery... wat mensen zeggen » . Such a treat to have an espresso in a location like that. The owner is always willing to help and was very friendly. I would recommend Sani Tourist - We ended up in a small suite in another building which had a complete kitchen. The location is great; in the 'Dante' area of Florence. The person in charge of the hotel - Raymond - speaks English and is very helpful (he was born around the corner from the hotel). Keep in mind that Florence in June is packed with tourists and that Florence is an expensive city compared to other Tuscan cities. Thus, in general the hotel rooms will seem like a lot less value for the money vs. the rooms in othe
