  We absolutely LOVED House Monti!! In fact, on an 8 month trip around the world this is one of my top rooms! Located right in the heart of Rome - literally 5min walk or less from the Colosseum and so close to everything else it was perfect - we walked everywhere! Though if you need the Metro is right there. The rooms are located in a gorgeous old b... wat mensen zeggen » uilding on a very cute Piazza with many cute cafes and bars to enjoy. The rooms were spotless - beaitifully decorated and such a comfy bed and was mad - It was really good standard. Great location with a nice square with a fountain around the corner and a view over colosseum. Nearby alot of sightseeing and a Metro station around the corner. 15 min walk to Termini. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. Comfortable beds and alot of space. We were in the suite so we also hade a fridge and a little pentry. Good cleaning eve

  Our first taste of Europe 14th June 2013 before our tour started 17June was staying at this Hotel , what a wonderful start to our holiday the staff amazing hotel beautiful location fabulous . More of a boutique hotel at very reasonable rates. breakfast is included & an excellent buffet with hot & cold offerings in an indoor or outdoor seating choice. Classy yet informal.   Staff were very friendly and helpful. Superior rooms were large with nice bathrooms. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. Metro also two blocks away for a 7 minute trip to the Vatican Metro station. Hotel breakfast was continental but sufficient a... wat mensen zeggen » nd nice and easy before starting the day. My wife and daughters found plenty of shopping nearby, especially on and around Via Nazionale which is 40m f - Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.

  The location was excellent - just 5 mins away from The Fountain of Trevi and 10 mins away from Piazza di Spagna,,The room though a bit on the small size was nice, comfortable (recently renovated) and cosy..the bathroom was of a good size and also nice ..the staff was very friendly..should i re-visit Rome I would definitely stay in this hotel agai... wat mensen zeggen » n.. - location, staff
