  Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service. The room turned out to be more of a suite which included a separate kitchen with tea and coffee, a microwave, ceramic hob, table and chairs. The b - The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa.   Simone and Irene were absolutely lovely, nothing was a problem, meeting us from the airport car rental and finding a parking space for us near the b & B. Rooms were all beautiful, Irene has beautiful taste. The breakfast was gorgeous including, strawberries, chickpea omelette, homemade pizza, homemade cakes, very Italian. I won't even bother looking for anywhere else when I return to Pisa, if 23 is not available I'll change my dat - We especially liked our guest, Irene, who was so very polite and helpful, giving us all the necessary info about where to eat, which by the way, if you're a fan of pizza, then you should definitely try Le Scuderie - best pizza in town :) We also loved our room, Magnolia, the perfect melange between classic and contemporary with a lot of design objects.   I recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Pisa or nearby. Location is perfect, I even didn't expect to be located so close to the Torre Pendente - we could have a nice walk to the tower every evening. Very close to bus stop which took us to the station. If I come next time to Pisa for sure I will stay here. - Fantastic location with the leaning tower right in front of the window and in 200m walking distance. Very good breakfast with great service and good buffet. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is right in front of the hotel.

  This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It was built in 1920 and has an Art Deco appearance with modern amenities. The bathroom has a large shower with new tiles, mirrors and sink. Nice touch with soaps and shampoos to choose from. The bed has a wonderful pillow top and is very comfortable. The automatic coffee machine made great coffee despite me thinking it wouldn't. The choices of Danishes and cereal - The location was perfect! Room was great for a family of 4 with a balcony to enjoy in the morning and evening! Super place and would stay here again!

  My husband was born in San rassore a left turn out of the hotel. We stayed in two other hotels when we first returned to Italy and they were terrible for American accustomed to a level of luxury comfort and sevice. We watched the Abitalia hotel being built and have been very pleased with out stays over the last two years. We will always stay here when we return to see our family - About 10 mins in a cab from the airport, and another 10 mins in a cab to Leaning Tower, so ideal location. Reception, bar and other shared areas very luxurious. Deluxe room was more simple, but clean and spacious and fantastic bed. Worth money for view of Leaning Tower from balcony! Jack and Jill showers a nice feature. Very good value for €100.
