  This is a top notch hotel. Very nice rooms with nice big bathrooms. We received a room upgrade so I can't speak on a standard room. Our suite with adjoining rooms was, however, excellent++. Like their directions state, the hotel is just a short walk from the waterbus stop. Best facility we stayed in during our Europe trip.   24 jaar geleden was de bediening minder klantvriendelijk dan nu, maar de prijs is en was exorbitant. - We had a lovely quiet corner suite with views of Venice rooftops and the lagoon. The service was excellent. - Everything ! Particularly the upgrading of rthe room at the same price!

  Extremely friendly and helpful staff; location was perfect - near beautiful Salute church and vaporetto stop - quiet and away from the crowds. Overlooking the Grand Canal. Interesting modernised interior. - The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The beds where comfortable and the room was spotless. Oh and the view was awesome.
