  Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there. Also the breakfast was nice and in italian... wat mensen zeggen » style consisting in croissant and cappucino. I recommend this hotel and I would return back with great pleasure. - I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

  The location is excellent in terms of being close to all the historical centre of Rome. It is 1/2 block off of the Campo, so you get a little noise on weekends, but the windows of LR and one bedroom overlook the little street below and it is fun to watch and hear local activity of the day. The furnitu - The location was excellent, we could more or less walk to all sites in rome, just make sure you have a good map as some of the routes are quite difficult to follow. The appartment itself was clean and had all necessary facilities, so we were very pleased! Also a quick tip, if you plan to visit the Vatican and Coloseum it is well worth gettig up early to get there for the opening times as the ques for later on can be very long.

  Location is very good. Within walking distance to the Termini bus and train station. Also within walking distance of all the sites. Many restaurants close by. Room was clean and staff helpful. All in all it is good value for the money.. - Great location near main train /bus station. Friendly, helpful staff. Decent breakfast.   Great location, just a couple of blocks away from the main train station and a couple of blocks away from the Santa Maria Maggiore. Lots of eating options just around the corner. Extremely cooperative owners and staff - even though they had difficulty communicating in English. Our triple room was spacious, clean and air-conditioned.

  A very nice room, kind of romantic :).( italian style ) If you looking for something special more then hotel.. nice but not luxury.. this is the right place. and I realy do recommend that one. - Ideal location!!! Rather small but very clean rooms. Staff is very helpful! Certainly recommend.

  Hotel was clean and the room was quite good (ideal for sleeping after long sightseeing). We didn't have any bad experience with staff, everything was OK.
