Marco was fantastic, very helpful and very welcoming. He helped us book tickets to the Vatican & allowed us to keep our room late as we had an evening flight. He is so friendly and willing to help in any way he can.
The room was huge & well equipped. Toiletries were offered, free WiFi, hairdryer, fridge, A/C.
It was very laid back and you could come and go when you pleased - more like you had your own apartment.
The location was excellent too.
Would definately stay there again.

Chic & Town Luxury Rooms is in a great location, both to get to and to get around in the city. I loved the hotel, very comfortable, stylish, all the photos correspond to reality. A 10-minute walk from Termini Station and 10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Little room is small but corresponds Italian coloring. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is basically coffee croissants, yogurt, plop with milk. Very friendly staff! Next time I will definitely stay here.
