  The staff were warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The staff helped us with our luggage, which was certainly not expected, but very much appreciated. The hotel was beautifully presented and maintained, and helped give that feeling of antiquity that you get in Venice. We have already recommended Antica Casa Coppo to our friends. - Lovely small hotel with friendly, helpful staff and in a quiet but central position. The hotel recommended best water taxi company to use, and made sure that although we arrived outside reception hours [1 pm] we could leave our bags safely and go for some lunch until 3pm when reception opens. We look forward to staying here again, and will be recommending Antica Casa Coppo to any friends coming to Venice

Everything was more than correct for the price we payed for middle of July. Not huge breakfast but correct: good coffe, bread with butter and jam and one cake. The apartment itself was beautiful, very clean, and had everything you could possibly need in a self catering apartment.
