  Ontbijt prima, ontvangst aardig, beschikbare ruimte goed, lekker in het centrum - Easy to get to, we found the place very easy as it was near the vaporatto stop. There is a really good map on the website that shows a red line of the path you should take to get there. Very convenient as it is close to everything. The location of B&B was in a quiet place. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the room price was justifiable. Annalisa was very helpful with tips to visit places, restaurants etc. I would go again to the same B&B if I visit Venice in future.

  Maria at the front desk was amazing!!! So cute and sweet, she doesn't speak English yet you have no trouble understanding her. The location is pretty great and the ac is a huge plus, anyone would be impressed by the shower and it's multiple massaging jets on the side, some people mention hearing people on the street: true, however I had room 1 clo... wat mensen zeggen » sest to the front door and street and I barely noticed. If you want a true Venetian family owned hotel, go here. - It's hard to find decent prices in Venice for an ensuite room within walking distance from the train station. That said, Alloggi Sardegna was a very good option. Lady in reception couldn't speak english but we were able to understand her italian. She was very kind all times. Room and bathroom had good space. Breakfast was basic but with an excellent italian coffee -- served in our room every morning.

  Na ontvangst bleek dat er in het grotere hotel waar Domus Cavanis bij hoort kamers over waren dus konden we voor hetzelfde geld in het 3* Belle Arte hotel verblijven. De kamers waren prachtig en de service goed. Echt een aanrader! - We mochten verblijven in het hoofdhotel. Dit hotel had 3 sterren en was bijgevolg ook prima zowel wat de kamer betref... wat mensen zeggen » t als het ontbijt.
