  The location of DAB B&B is very good as its not far from Rome Termini station. The owner is a very friendly man who would like to help by all means. The rooms are big to easily accommodate 2 people and the bed is really comfortable. The hygienic conditions are pretty good with respect to the bathroom. - We arrived at DAB Bnb and the host ment... wat mensen zeggen » ioned our bathroom did not work. He was so wonderful. He took us by taxi down to another property which was bigger, better location but just needed finishing touches to renovations. I loved the location much better and our host was most gracious - he is so nice.

  The location was great 1/2 block from the Metro and very near good restaurants and Vatican City. They also had fruit, yogurt, juice and crackers available when we arrived so we didn't need to rush out for food. Also, Mario was very friendly, helpful and a great employee, taking care of our every need. - The staff was really nice and helpful. The room is really small (we had standard double) so it suits for those who are looking for a good bed in the end of a long day spent in beautiful Rome. There is a very good breakfast (fresh bread, cheese, ham, eggs, jams, cakes, yogurts, etc.).   Location: B& b Oasis is just a short 10 -15 minute walk from Termini Station - - making it so convenient to catch a train from Rome to another city as well. Owner/Staff: Signora Olga, the owner, is one very sweet, genuinely caring lady. Her ability to run this B&B for 17 years (according to her) while charmingly conversing with her guests ... wat mensen zeggen » from different countries and emotionally connecting with many (me included) reflects her exceptional people skills and extraordinary communication cap - Olga was a very friendly and had a very warm personality, even though she couldn't speak English well. Nevertheless, she made my wife and I felt very welcome to her place. She even helped me organize a ride from the airport to her place (very helpful!). The room we got was comfy and very clean. There was free Wifi connection. The location was great, which was literally a 5 min walk to the nearest Termini Metro Station. The breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee they served was the best
