  They went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Loved the room and the fact that there was an accessible laptop for guests and a phone in our room. We had a glitch with our cell service and did not have access to our own phone on the trip so this was very helpful. Room was great! Clean, homey, attractively decorated, comfortabl... Our host, when hearing that we would not be available when he normally brought guests breakfast, brought us breakfast groce - It is hard to evaluate this place, as there were a few problems with our stay. We arrived early and left our bags, but were only able to do that because the cleaning lady was there. When we returned after a long day, the manager did not answer knocking on his door. I walked over 4 blocks to find someone who would help me call him -- he answered the phone call and my rescuer worked out getting me in. He was very nice, but didn't speak any English - we didn't speak any Italian, so there were some

  Actually the hotel is composed of some rooms in some floor of some Scala of some building close to Vatican and all the staff are just a lovely sympathetic Italian man who speaks better by hands and mime rather than English and a woman comes daily to clean the rooms.   Staff very friendly and very helpful, we even got a small present during our stay. There's also a spa with saunas in the hotel. Location is good, near Vaticano, metro and shopping street. Breakfast is served on the third floor with a terrace, which is very nice in a good weather and there's a roof in case of rain. Breakfast is standard for a 3* hotel, but with nice cakes every day. - Very friendly staff who gave us some very helpful advise how to travel in Rome to go sightseeing and where to eat and do some shopping...The nice receptioniste even looked up some things for us on the internet. The hotel is close to the Metro station and to the Vatikan. We had a nice, quiet room to the backside of the hotel.

  The room was clean in the annex and the location fabulous. The size of the room was quite amazing for Roma in addioon to have full beds very comfortable. - helpful staff, spacious triple room, short walk to the vatican .Nice spacious room
