  Absolutely charming. The building has a lot of character and history. I Loved the fact that only some areas are renovated so you can still see its age. The room was huge and very comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location couldn't be better, right in the heart of historical Naples. She advised the best ways to get around and how to stay safe and not get ripped off. All the other staff were friendly and helpful too, from the owner who frequently works the front desk to Carmen and the night man. I had very easy access to all forms of public transport, my wife had all the historica - Extremely helpful and friendly staff...we felt they really took an interest in us. Very handy situation...next to Piazza Municipio...handy for knowing when to jump off the bus! Handy for the boats round the bay. Very interesting childrens' sailing regatta on Sun. Very friendly local people....reallly helpful on buses.
