  Liked everything about this hotel. Calm location away from the tourist hassle and just 5­-7 min walk from piazza San Marco. May be a bit far from the train station but for us it was not a problem, walking through Venice is a pleasure of its own. Besides you can always take a vaporetto which stops nearby. In overall, good value for money we paid. - Very nice hotel. The incheck was very fast and the night receptionist was very helpfull. the room was very clean and the breakfast was also fine. The suite is very spacious with high ceilings, 50" tv, 2 balconies, jacuzzi. It is very quiet area. The owner is sympatic. He speaks various languages.
