  Our room was basic but good value for money. We were in the heart of Venice, just a few minutes from St. Mark's Square and ideally located for everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. - We left a pair of boots by mistake and we came back later to ask and they returned. The breakfast is ok. The staff is very helpful.

  The location is excellent! It's really close to Piazza San Marco. Also, I was sent directions by hotel staff in advance, so it was very easy to find the place (which usually can be quite tricky in Venice). All staff are very helpful and friendly, really nice people. The place itself doesn't look very new, but cleanliness is impeccable.   Loved staying here - would go back again in a heartbeat. Andrea, the owner goes the extra mile. The reviews are true about this man - just lovely. A real authentic experience. Great location - far enough from the crowds, but walkable to everywhere. We loved Venice and staying here was a large part of the reason we loved it so much. We have now been tr - The location is great, next to 2 vaporetto stops, Ca'dÓro and F.te Nove (you can get to the airport easily from the latter), and yet it is not in a crowded, touristy location. The place is very unusual - in the 2 days we were there, we saw an exhibition of photographs / textiles in the entrance (as part of the Venice Biennale), and we also witnessed a dance (tango!) in the main hall. Andrea is a good host and very helpful.
