  In general a very good place: Located right next to a canal in Cannaregio, you are at Rialto Bridge and St Marco's in a few minues. It's a rather small place with only a few rooms, so the atmosphere is very cosy. Our rooms were nice and clean, the bathroom new and we had to share it only with one other room.   Fausto, our host was fabulous. He speaks 4 or 5 languages fluently, is very kind, patient, generous and helpful. We were able to get last minute tickets through him to hear Vivaldi at one of the churches nearby. Quick response to my emails. They provided directions to the centre. 2. The breakfast. Not much choices (2 rolls, jam, butter, cheese, 1 croissant, tea/coffee/hot chocolate) but it was OK and quick. The table setting is lovely though. 3. The location. 3 min from Ospedale vaperetto stop on foot. (Not very difficult if you have heavy baggage like us as there is no bridge or stairs). COOP sup
