  Location was about 10 mins walk from St. Marks Square. Close yet far enough away from crowds. Rooms were lovely.Ours was small but had view of canal while our friends had a huge room to make up for lack of view, I reckon! Personally, I loved room with a view. Staff very helpful and breakfast very tasty. All in all, great value.

  Apartment was nice and big with a terrace. Kitchen was also suitably equipped with stove, fridge and oven (no micro wave). Close to Arsenale boat stop. Very quiet neighborhood, almost no tourists. - Location is excellent. The apartment is close to the Rialto bridge. The bed is comfortable.

  -True Venice experience! The hotel is located on one of the small canals, so finding the hotel was an adventour in itself. Its entrance is located on a small side street and you walk through the ground floor of the building (past the canal boat entrance) to get to the rooms. It felt like we were staying in a Venice residence instead of a hotel.... wat mensen zeggen » - Friendly, helpful staff - Great location - few minutes away from the main tourist areas, but far enough so that it was very quite - Room was lovel - Locanda Ca Del Console is in a very good location between the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. It isn't easy to find, but use the directions on the website along with a map and you'll figure it out eventually. The staff is very friendly, which is a big plus. We made the reservation at the last minute so we didn't have many choices. The room was big. The decor was a little strange. The breakfast was fine. Did I mention the staff is very friendly? That was the biggest plus.

We were two young couples - one with a four year old child - and the appartment made our trip really easy. Everything was adorable. - Dr.Sambo and his team made us feel welcome at home and they were trying to help us enjoy our time in Venice without imposing. You feel like you'r staying in your own private palazzo rather than a hotel. Luciano is the perfect host who will help you with his insider knowledge of Venice and e - Amadeus was amazingly located, roughly half way between the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. It is quite difficult to find initially (there's a separate Hotel Amadeus); you need to head to Saint Maria Formosa square. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was good. They also let you leave your luggage once you check out and give you a spare key.
