  Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. No matter what we inquired about she got us the info and even looked after our bookings, taxi's, restaurants, etc and we c... wat mensen zeggen » an't say enough good things about her. We would definitely stay there again without even looking elsewhere. - This is somewhat a boutique hotel, and not for the budget traveller, but ... what a fantastic location. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

  Giorgio was great all the time and very friendly, the bathroom and room was very clean and very nice decorated and the heat worked perfect. We had some trouble with the internet (problems of the internet service company, not of the hotel) and Giorgio solved it the next day. The location is also excellent, you can walk to the Vatican, Trastevere, P... wat mensen zeggen » iazza del Popolo, Piazza Spagna, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Phanteon, Colisseum... We will come back on our next trip to Rome! - Very clean. Giorgio was kind and professional despite my flight being delayed until past the normal check-in time. He speaks excellent English. Lots to do nearby, including restaurants and sightseeing. Fast wi-fi. (Just to be clear, this is not so much a hotel as an apartment rental, so don't expect lobby, etc. you would expect from a hotel.)

  The owner, Tonino, was so helpful, friendly and thoughtful. Fresh Tiramisu for breakfast! The location was excellent. Walking distance to everything in Rome even Vatican City! Rooms exceptional, beds very comfortable, rooms and the whole Inn beautifully decorated.   We stayed with two kids }5 and 8) only for one-night stop on our way to U.S. but definitely will use it again when we go to Roma for few days to see the city - perfect place in city center, nearby is a small plaza with fountain - authentic feeling of Roma's "genius loci" -walking distance to Colosseum (you can see it from window), DiTrevi fountain... wat mensen zeggen » etc. - simple B&B, clean, enough space, all you really need is there -warm and kind welcome from Roxana (even if we arrived a bit later than exp - I loved everything. You can see the colluseum from the window! The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff couldn't of helped us more. Carried our bags, helped with maps and booked taxis for us. The breakfast was exceptional and there was always extra sandwiches included for our lunch.

  Really warm welcome from the staff. We were given a city map when we arrived and the main sights and how long it takes to get there were pointed out. We were 20-25 minute walk from the furthest sight which was really convenient. Really, really close to a lovely little square with bars and restaurants. Breakfast was already in our rooms and replen... wat mensen zeggen » ished when the maid cleaned which was very convenient. (Croissants, muffins, jams/butter/nutella, yoghurts, juice, milk, cereal) and the maid will m - Very cosy and comfortable appartments not far from Trastevere and all sights. There were all necessary staff fresh towels, breakfast (either hot dishes), laundry service, air conditioner, free wi-fi. Owners were very nice and hospitable, were ready to help and to share the useful information. Thank you, Ladies! Moreover, near the appartments there was market with fresh vegs and fruits.
