  Hotel resides in a flat of an apartment which is very close to Manzoni metro station, about 1 minute walk away. You can also walk to Colosseum within 10 minutes. There is also a tram line in front of the hotel but we didn’t use it as metro line was enough. It’s a fairly new hotel, furniture and other equipment are well designed and clean. Internet was fast and can be used in room. - It is a great family-run guesthouse in the heart of Rome. It had just opened so everything was clean and modern. With the tram and metro located right in front of the hotel, it had direct links to termini, collosseum and Vatican City. The owner and her daughter were really nice, and spoke English.

  The place is a newer conversion of an older building of condominiums. They have done a nice job. The rooms are adequately appointed, with good beds, bedside reading lamps, a desk area with comfortable chair, flat-screen TV, small fridge, wardrobe and safe. The bath is small, but completely adequate and the hot water supply never faltered. Also, in 10 minutes you can easily get to Termini Station. And anyway, if you like a lot of walking and don't want to spend money for a taxi after the metro closed - it's an ideal location for you.
