  Really clear, the room, the breakfast on the terrace. definitly all - It was all great - we arrived much earlier than the allowed booking time, but they let us leave our luggage there until the room was ready, and they made every effort to get our room ready quickly. Overall, a great place to stay!

They were polite and extremely friendly. They made you feel important ...not just another guest/number. Despite on the fact the hotel is on the seconf floor and you have to carry your luggage with no lift, dear Paolo can see you with an intercom and is ready to help you. The can help to make a reservation to all the galleries to skip the queue and it is cheaper than you can do it via internet, they just make a call to the galleries and give you

The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs.
