It is a beautiful hotel tucked away on a quiet street back in the smaller canals. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. It is also near the main hospital of Venice, which was an unexpected blessing for us during our stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was quiet, yet just off a lovely square. It was so close to the grand canal and therefore easy for transport and sightseeing, eating out etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a small and older style hotel but had real character, it is in a little alleyway not far from the Rialto Bridge so the location is excellent. Hotel Staff were very friendly and happy to accommodate, the lady at reception gave us a map and showed us the way to the major attractions as well as her favourite cafes and restaurants.
The hotel courtyard was a lovely little place to sit for your breakfast.
