The staff were extremely polite and helpful with instructions on how to get around the city, and looked after our baggage when we went for a walk about the city after we had checked out.   A very spacious two and a half floor apartment, small equipped kitchenette and nice modern design. Looks old from outside, New and with an excellent condition inside. Even though it's not by any canal, there is a nice Venezian roof view from the top floor, where we stayed. Location is good. Being our first visit to Venice and having read that it was a little difficult to find (true as the venue is not well sign-posted), we called the duty manager from the nearest water taxi stop (S.
