Super close to Plaza San Marco, provided maps to easily find the hotel
in such a maze of a city. The hotel smelled wonderfully, always clean,
modern and homey type feel to it. The staff were super attentive and
helpful to all our needs, making suggestions which were very helpful.
The breakfast was great!!!! Unexcpected and delicious, there is great

We stayed in a 2/Bedroom 6 sleeper apartment which we found to be very spacious, well appointed and clean. The staff were very helpful. Being our first visit to Venice and having read that it was a little difficult to find (true as the venue is not well sign-posted), we called the duty manager from the nearest water taxi stop (S. The distance between houses on opposite side in this area are tiny co do not expect any view from your window. Location, location, location. You're literally minutes away from both the Rialto and Piazza San Marco. Yet, once you get inside the B&B, it feels more like home and the touristy/hectic buzz of the outside feels farther away. Service was excellent. If you can't be shown to your room yet (ie. you show up early) or you have a later flight to catch, they'll let you leave your bags with no hassle and will even serve you coffee in the common area.
