Our room was at the Biasin side, first floor with great views on the bridge and canal. Newly renovated bathroom, spacious 3 pers. room. Wifi worked in the room too (above the lobby). Room cleaned every day, my 3 yr old could stay with us for free, but did get her own towels etc. Good value for your money. -

As soon as you step inside you feel the friendliness and warmth of a family-based business. We had a room with a canal view, the beds were cozy and the shower great - all of this more than made up for the humble furnishings. Just 5 minutes from the station, and the restaurant next door is good. We won't bother looking anywhere else for our stays in Venice.

I like the location - it's less than 10 mins walk from the train station. It's also surrounded by good restaurants (incidentally, a very good one just next to the hotel).
The room was clean and had an attached bathroom. The aircon was working nicely - no weird smells.

Nice location, just besides the water bus stop.The streets in Venice are so complicated that makes you easy to get lost, but the Pensione Guerrato is very easy to find. Venice you can get both a small room and bad water pressure but no
issues on this side. Staff very helpful, we got to check in early as the
room was ready and they kept our bags safe on the last day until late at
night. Also ate in the restaurant which was good food, staff here more
than helpful as the terrace flooded during high tide and they piggy

The hotel is tucked away and we did have to look hard to find it however if you do your research beforehand it will be easy to locate. Cheap for Venice but still well over 100 euros per night. Cean
comfortable and with lovely garden giving friendly homely feel. In a
quieter part of Venice which is a huge plus after battling through the
crowds around Rialto and St Marks square. Still only a few minutes walk
from centre so why pay more for a slightly more central location?
Receptionist didn't speak English but extremely helpful, friendly
and polite. Breakfast in garden was not the most generous but in a
delightful setting.
