  Very hospitable, the staff were all very accommodating - especially Dulla (not sure of the spelling) who waited for us to arrive at midnight when we were supposed to be there around 9.30pm (delayed flight etc.,) and Marco the son who went out of his way to be helpful. It was very very close to Piazza Navona. We walked EVERYWHERE because the location was so central to everything. It was in a great building too with a lot of traditional European charm.   The room was cleaner and more spacious than I expected. It was the best 3-star hotel room that I had stayed. It looked like a 4-star hotel room. It was really hot outside higher than 35 degree in celsius! But the air conditioner worked very well and we could stay in the room being comfortable and refreshing. No noisy during day and night. The staff went out of their way to help with anything i needed - even in the middle of the night. - Nice location, residential area , yet not too far from the city centre.   Great location, very close to the Piazza Navona, many useful bus lines--87 to Coloseum, 64 (usually crowded) to Termini or Vatican, 40 (express) to same as 64. I walked to the Vatican Museum. Took the bus home. I stayed 6 nights in Rm. 303. Fantastic room! Very spacious. Large desk for laptop and breakfast. Separate dressing room/foyer with large ... wat mensen zeggen » closet. Separate area to store my bag including a dresser. Large windows. Fantastic light to wake up to in the morning. The best A/C I experienced in - I had all sorts of problems that stressed me out the day I checked in. The cab driver couldn't find the hotel and dumped me out blocks away with heavy luggage because he could not find the street and When i finally arrived I realized I had managed to lose the key to my suitcase! Also the light was out in part of my room.the young staff kindly helped me to sort out all of this. Also The breakfast arrived bang on the time I asked for it. My feedback is all about the service. The staff are not bow
