  The staff were so knowledgeable about how to get around the city in the cheapest way and most practical way. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff speaks English! The beds were impressively comfortable! Everything was clean. The hotel is gated so we felt safe. Our phones died before we went to bed so we called the desk to ask for a wake up call a - The hotel was clean and I particularly liked the bathroom with heated towel bars. The staff were very friendly. We only talked to them in Italian, so I'm not sure if they can serve tourists in English. They answered any questions we had about transportation and sold us tickets for the city bus (which can't always be purchased on-board). Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast-style, but ingredients were fresh.

  Most of the staff were very helpful. The location is great- you are near the metro and the FR1 train station that you can take to and from the airport. Very safe area- I walked around all the time. No need to worry! Internet was free, but only available in the lobby. There is a market nearby and a fruit stand. The restaurant has - Room was comfortable and nice. The breakfast was good with central-european standards. Surprising ly wifi worked in room, even they promise it only for lobby area. It's a catholic B&B, but it was totally ok, only thing what you could noticed was some religious pictures and crucifixes on the wall. Location is perfect, just 200 meters to Garbatella station, and about 400 meters to bigger Piramide / Ostiense station.

  Het is een prachtig designhotel dat vlak aan de metrouitgang ligt (500 m?). Het centrum van de stad is dus heel snel te bereiken. De bediening is heel vlot en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt, bij ons inbegrepen in de prijs, was heel uitgebreid, vers en erg lekker. Het hotel is erg netjes en heel verzorgd. Het hotel is iets buiten het centrum gelegen maar ligt er dicht bij een metro station, waardoor je toch snel in het centrum van Rome bent. Kamers waren erg groot, luxe en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijtbuffet was erg uitgebreid. Het baliepersoneel sprak erg goed Engels en was zeer behulpzaam.

  Het was een zeer verzorgde en gezellige kamer. De badkamer was ook dik in orde. - Heel propere verzorgde kamer (wel vrij klein, maar dit was geen probleem voor ons). Het ontbijt was ruim en gevarieerd. Het hotelpersoneel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De afstand naar de bus is ongeveer 1 min en naar de metro 10 min, heel goed te doen.   Our flight to Rome was delayed for two hours and arrived at Cleopatra B&B around 1AM. The room keeper was kind enough to check us in. The rooms are fully furnished, with pillows, towels and air conditioner. The kitchen is full with food and toiletries, which my mom really appreciated. The area is generally safe but looks a little sketchy.
