  We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. As long you know it is a historical building, so we wouldn't mind to use the staircase to the fourth floor. There is no window to face the plaza so no noise from the crowd at night. We found everything we need in the kitchen to make our own meal and breakfast. The staffs are very fr - We stayed at the Benvenuto apartment and found it to be very spacious and comfortable. It is very clean and beautiful inside. Breakfast is very good.the staff is very nice. You have to take into account that it is located on a fourth flour and there is no elevator: important when you have medium suitcases, and that the reception is open just part time.The location can´t be better

  This was a perfect location being just a few meters off piazza de la signoria in the heart of Florence. Very close to sight seeing, shopping, river etc. The room was well designed with everything one would need including a small safe, it was very clean and the facilities were everything that I needed. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs.   The location is fabulous, centrally located and near to nearly everything you would want to see in Florence. We visited with our 8 and 5 year olds and they loved the carousel, pastry shops, and activity on the Plaza, which is right outside of the door. The Duomo is just a skip away. The main room was a little more crowded, but the two single beds wo - The location is unbeatable, right in the centre of Florence and yet an easily walkable distance from smn station. The apartment was spacious for 2 people (my 11 yr old granddaughter and me). Having to go first to Hotel Lanzi did not present a problem for us and I particularly liked the fact that, having paid for the flat when we first arrived, we were not required to return to the hotel at check out - we were told to just leave the key device on the kitchen table.
