The location is great, is actually just rooms, not a hotel but as we just need it the place to sleep as were away the whole day.. was ok. Arturo, the owner is really kind and helpful. He even pick us up at the train station. - Arturo was very generous and met us at the B&B before check in time to allow us to store our baggage (we arrived earlier than expected due to airline flight change). The room was clean and a great location. You van nastily walk to the metro, bus stop and taxi stand. There are nearby restraunta that make it easy to eat after a long day of sight seeing.

  We stayed at 305 via delle Fornaci. I think there are a number of different aparments so I can't comment on all. We couldn't believe what a fabulous place it was within walking distance of the Vatican City. We had a car and we were able to park it in a very secure fashion. There was even a washing machine. The grocery store was 2 blocks away.... wat mensen zeggen » Excellent - We stayed at 'Giulio Cesare'. It is in a great location right outside a metro station and only 5 mins walk to Vatican City, there are a good choice of restaurants about and the neighbourhood was safe. The apartment is small but was very clean.

  The hotel exceeded my expectation. It is in a safe location, actually right opposite the Vatican by the entrance side. The other tourist attractions are walkable but if you are not fit like me, public transportation is nearby. The rooms were clean, modern cozy, very spacious by American standards and the shower pressure was adjustable ( love that)... wat mensen zeggen » . Italians are not beacon and eggs kinda folks but the breakfast was deliciously filling. The roof top terrace breakfast room was cute and ideal to re - I booked this hotel based on the stellar reviews - you should too. The hotel feels like it has only recently been renovated so it has that fresh new feel. The location is second to none - located near the Vatican Museum entrance. We could see the line forming in the morning from our hotel window! There is also a Carrefour Express & one other Italian supermarket on the same street.
