  It was very clean, they cleaned the bathroom and changed the towels everyday and also made the beds every day. We had warm water all the time, they also had a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave oven. We stayed in a 2 rooms apartment and we had shared bathroom but that was not a problem as we never intersected with the other guests. There are some supermark - Location right around the corner from Rome Termini Station. Easy access to trains, Metro, Express Buses to both airports. Very helpful, friendly front desk. Specialy Mr.Ali was a great man with useful information Supermarket,and Post Office very close. Felt very safe at night. Would stay again.

  De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Wij zaten voor 70 euro (in december) super centraal. Dit bij 2 metro stations. De kamers zijn heel netjes. De badkamer is heel schoon met een lekkere douche. Currently going through an office change so they're on both sides of the road with a small plaque on the door not a big HOTEL sign - The room is a little bit tight, but for a couple days it is ok.   Very good location, bus&metro station were near by, and it's also easy to reach lots of historical site by walk. Close to central station, and it's easy to find with the direction I received from hotel couple of days before I arrive. Staff were extremely helpful and hospitality. It feels so good to use a key to open the front door everyday, feel like a local come home:) - Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

  Very convenient to Rome Termini train station, an easy walk of about 3 blocks. Antonio was a very helpful and gracious host who recommended restaurants, gelato shops, directions to different tourist sites,etc, and marked everything on a map which he then gave to us. Deluxe continental breakfast was ample and tasty. We were very pleased wi - Very nice place, Antonio, who runs the B&B, made our stay at Rome much better. The room are good and always clean, breakfast is good and you feel “at home” in the B&B. It is located close to the train station and to the Metro. It is like a B&B with a concierge. I strongly recommend it.

  This hotel is absolutely fantastic in an ideal location for seeing Rome, on a bustling street filled with bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. Maria the woman who runs the hotel was fantastic, and couldn't be more helpful, she was lovely to talk to and delivered breakfast to our room promptly every morning.   Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, zeer klantvriendelijk personeel! We huurden appartement nr. 2, dit ligt 100 meter van het hotel af. Prima ruimte, de inrichting is niet up-to-date maar het is er schoon en je kunt voor de lage prijs natuurlijk geen 5-sterren inrichting verwachten. Het is lekker centraal gelegen. - Allessandro, een receptionist, hee... wat mensen zeggen » ft ons uitstekend geholpen. Het overige personeel was ook behulpzaam, maar hij stak er echt bovenuit.
