  The staff was great, the wifi worked really well, the location was excellent for walking to Roma Termini, Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain etc. There's also a close metro stop or Roma Termini if you want to metro to Vatican City. A good sized bed, our own shower/toilet and enough room for our luggage. - Near to Colisseum with about 10 minutes leisure walk. Family room huge with living & bedroom. Satellite TV with plenty of channels & you can set it to English language. In room personalised breakfast is very impressed & appreciated. Near to restaurant, mini mart, gift shops & metro station. Customer service is excellent, our keys ready when we arrived & no waiting time.

  We stayed with two kids }5 and 8) only for one-night stop on our way to U.S. but definitely will use it again when we go to Roma for few days to see the city - perfect place in city center, nearby is a small plaza with fountain - authentic feeling of Roma's "genius loci" -walking distance to Colosseum (you can see it from window), DiTrevi fountain... wat mensen zeggen » etc. - simple B&B, clean, enough space, all you really need is there -warm and kind welcome from Roxana (even if we arrived a bit later than exp - I loved everything. You can see the colluseum from the window! The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff couldn't of helped us more. Carried our bags, helped with maps and booked taxis for us. The breakfast was exceptional and there was always extra sandwiches included for our lunch.

  Gianluca was the perfect host and went out of his way to take care of our every need. We were three sisters who had never been to Rome and had no idea what to expect. All of Gianluca's recommendations on sightseeing and restaurants were spot on. Rooms were comfortable and modern, while the building had the "newer" old world - Gianluca is the perfect host.   Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. No matter what we inquired about she got us the info and even looked after our bookings, taxi's, restaurants, etc and we c... wat mensen zeggen » an't say enough good things about her. We would definitely stay there again without even looking elsewhere. - This is somewhat a boutique hotel, and not for the budget traveller, but ... what a fantastic location. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.
