  Staff is very helpful, the hotel was recently refurbished and the design is very fancy. Location is one of the best in the city, just next to the Coliseum. If you need to go to a restaurant there are many options close by and transportation as well such as buses and train. 20 min walking from Termini Terminal. - Awesome staff, beautiful room and ... wat mensen zeggen » incredible location. You can see the Roman Colosseum from the window of the Michelangelo Room. The breakfast was included and the staff and food downstairs were fantastic. Not a bad word to report from our stay at 2nd Floor.

  B&B situated near the railway station Termini and quite close to the center so you almost don’t face the negative aspects of main station nearness. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel especially in the evening as there is no any sign on the door neither on the building, you can only find it on the nameboard with doorbells. B&B situate... wat mensen zeggen » d on the 2nd floor of the residential building. Stuff is very friendly and ready to help. Room is not big, but very clean and comfortable enough. Sani - We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Enjoy B&B. The location is excellent just 5 minutes walk from both the Termini Rail and Bus Stations. All the major sites of Rome are easily accessible. The accommodation was spotless and Dante was most helpful and welcoming. Once inside there was a calm atmosphere and the air conditioning was most welcome. I would recommend this establishment to anybody wishing to stay in Central Rome.

  We had a great time in this 'guest house', as it's not a hotel. We took a double room, it's was really new, clean and very well maintained. Breakfast buffet was opened for our access anytime during the day and night, but not to say that it's not to be abused, it's a small buffet but efficient. It's was perfectly located in the middle of everything - We stayed here for 8 days with our nine month old baby and we were very satisfied.
