He did the samething to offer his help to bring down all our luggag - Right from the moment of the initial, the team at Matisse couldnt have been more helpful and professional. Roberto, the owner, was charming. The relaxed atmosphere was welcome after a long day travelling. His restaurant recommendation was perfect. Although they were fully booked on our last pass thru Rome, the staff once again went above and beyond by helping us find alternate accommations in their neighbourhood.   Zeer vriendelijk (engelstalig) personeel. Zeer schone en ruime kamer en ook zeer rustig, geen geluid van overige hotelgasten en ook geen geluid van verkeer (daar hadden we ook om gevraagd). Grote badkamer met de beste douche die ik ooit heb gehad in een hotel. Prima ontbijt voor Italiaanse begrippen. Verse Jus + melk + koffie + thee. Croissants, ge... wat mensen zeggen » vulde broodjes, wit en bruin brood, diverse cornflakes, beleg waaronder ham, pasta en jam. 3 soorten taart. Vers fruit. - Het lag midden in het oude centrum. Het personeel was zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. We hadden een mooie ruime kamer.

  We enjoyed everything about our stay at San Lorenzo Rooms. The room itself was compact but extremely clean and comfortable with a TV and refrigerator in the room and an excellent air-conditioning system which was much needed in the intense heat we experienced whilst in Rome. His advice and directions were excellent, especially his recommendation to visit Villa d'Este on our final day. He showed us t - San Lorenzo Rooms was just what we were looking for. It was well priced, the owner was was friendly and accommodating, it was smart and clean and it was near the railway station (albeit the other side from Rome's main attractions). We would return.

The room was clean and very confortable and located in a typical Rome building where one enters to a patio. I already knew that the hotel has several of this floors that act as an hotel. The breakfast is at a local café, where they are not particularly nice, but you can choose freely the pastries for the cappuccino. In one - I liked a lot that the manager payed a lot of attention to our requests and needs. It was there for us every time. He also helped us a lot with information about our trip to Rome and how things works in there. I would totally recommend to everyone! Don't get afraid when you see the manager will take you from one place to another, he marketed I guess 3 hotels as the same one but I stayed in Sky Rome Hotel and it was the same as the one in Filippo Hotel up here.
