  The staff is nice and will make you feel welcome. The rooms are OK. It's a 5 minute walk from Termini train station and city centre is not far away. Breakfast is decent. I would say it's expensive for what you get, but in fact it's very good value for money for a place like Rome. I was glad I stayed there. - The place was clean, well located.

He took the time to give us a map of Rome and draw on it the points of interest, tell us about each one of them and even tell us which busses and which trains take us there and bring us back.   The location of DAB B&B is very good as its not far from Rome Termini station. The owner is a very friendly man who would like to help by all means. The rooms are big to easily accommodate 2 people and the bed is really comfortable. He took us by taxi down to another property which was bigger, better location but just needed finishing touches to renovations. I loved the location much better and our host was most gracious - he is so nice.
