  Irina was very kind and everything was good during our stay. We could do a late check out once the next guests were arriving just in the evening, and that was a very good thing for us. Excellent wifi connection. Rooms are exactly like the photos on the website, no surprises! The B&B guests have 10% discount at San Pietrini's restaurant (cash... wat mensen zeggen » payment). I definitely recommend this place! Very good transfer service from/to the airport, efficient and only 2 euros more than taxi. Fasten you - The room is relatively a smalll one but very confortable. The services have been very, very friendly , in time , impeccables , admirables ,... Difficult for us to find a word or an expression , which may show our deep feelings and thanks for the warmth we have received all along , during our stay from Irina.   We loved absolutely everything about this place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered us to check in the early morning of the day of booking without extra charge -- this was really nice after a night trip by train, since we got a chance to take a shower, take a short nap, leave our bags there and set on a sightseeing trip... wat mensen zeggen » around Rome. By the way, the location is absolutely perfect.   I had a very pleasant stay at Caligola resort and hereby recommend it to everyone! The location is just great, nearby to Trastevere. Room was perfect, with a good bed and bathroom, big TV and nice balcony. Everything was cleaned daily. Roberto, the owner and his daughter and son are very friendly and helpful.   I had booked a double room in this hotel for my parents, I was flying back to Ireland. I met Daniel at reception after a very short and easy taxi ride from the train station. He is very friendly, and explained everything. The room was clean and spacious, and quiet at night,. The bathroom was spacious, and a good shower. Daniel and the staff went out of their way to mak - I could not even imagine it would be so nice. Personal pick up and early drop off at airport for costs comparable to local cabs just adds to the value. In fact we were so early to miss breakfast the last day our host asked if we wanted to grab something from a local cafe. Always considering us and our comfort. Great personal breakfast. We plan to stay here anytime we are in Rome in the future. Perfect location. You are 15 minutes by foot from the Vatican and 30 from other major sites in town. I

And what a surprise, we spent one night at the B&B and were impressed by the hospitality, cleanness, location, room size.. everything! Upon check in, Adriano invited us to taste the famous original espresso and gave us directions for key places in the city.
