  Right after the booking I got an e-mail from the staff, which welcomed my booking and gave basic info about the B&B. The B&B was easy to find, almost next to the Duomo. The B&B was on the second floor, with about 40 steps of stairs. The room with the external bathroom was basic with queen bed, TV, little table, minibar, chair, cupboard... wat mensen zeggen » . The room also accommodated an extra bed. The bathroom was about 5-6 metres away from the room, across the reception area. Mandy was very nice in th - Mandy and her staff were so very helpful. The beds were very comfortable (and large) for Europe - Actually the most comfortable we've slept in since beginning our European travels nearly a year ago. The location is excellent - a short walk from the train station and right next to the Duomo. It is an easy walk to most of the sites, and in the heart of the beautiful city. Even so, when the windows were closed, we could not hear any of the noise from outside. We would certainly stay here again - a

  Everything is perfect at this nice little hotel! The rooms are big, with nice (though pretty small) bathroom, air condition works fine. Tea and instant coffee in the room, coffee machine with very good coffee for just 0.50 euros at the reception! Oh, and they also have water for the same price. For those who arrive by car there's a garage ju - The very nice location. There is only 5-10 minute walk to train station, to main sightseeing places, such as Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, Uffizi gallery. There are a lot of different shops nearby. The B&B is locatef in living house, you feel yourself as a local having own keys and coming when you want. The host of this B&B is very hospitable. The room is quite large, the decoration is simple, but nice. You have everything you need. Free wi-fi. So it is good value for that price.

  We were impressed by maps and useful information of the city given after checking in at the hotel by a hotel staff. The hotel is few steps of walk to Duomo. To our knowledge, there aren't many public toilets available in Florence. So, we found it very convenient to go back and forth between the hotel and tourist attractions during the day in case... wat mensen zeggen » that we had to use toilet without waiting in the long line. Even though the breakfast isn't included, the unlimited amount of drinking water and cup - We were presently surprised to discover that there is a little kirchen in our room so we were able to prepare our favorite hot instant comfort food! We can be adventurous with our food but having the freedom to be just lazy and not go out to eat is also welcome to weary teavellers :-) Our room was charming!   Ligging - Hotel was exactly what we had hoped for! The staff was wonderful, verykind and informative. Our every (tourist) question was answered and witha smile each time! The buffet breakfast was so much more than weanticipated. Coffee, juice, torts, yogurt, toast, cereal, fruit, danish,etc. outstanding assortment each morning.   The owner was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay more comfortable, recommending excellent local restaurants and helping us find our way around. Easy to find, close to the train/bus station and just 1 minute walk from the Duomo. Great terrace view, in summer should be more useful as it rained during our stay in Florence the woman at the reception was very kind and helpful. She let us leave the luggage and arranged our check-in even if we weren't able to meet her as arrived. After all for such a price and a strategic position it's a really good choice for those who care about the money
