  Right after the booking I got an e-mail from the staff, which welcomed my booking and gave basic info about the B&B. The B&B was easy to find, almost next to the Duomo. The B&B was on the second floor, with about 40 steps of stairs. The room with the external bathroom was basic with queen bed, TV, little table, minibar, chair, cupboard... wat mensen zeggen » . The room also accommodated an extra bed. The bathroom was about 5-6 metres away from the room, across the reception area. Mandy was very nice in th - Mandy and her staff were so very helpful. The beds were very comfortable (and large) for Europe - Actually the most comfortable we've slept in since beginning our European travels nearly a year ago. The location is excellent - a short walk from the train station and right next to the Duomo. It is an easy walk to most of the sites, and in the heart of the beautiful city.   We were impressed by maps and useful information of the city given after checking in at the hotel by a hotel staff. The hotel is few steps of walk to Duomo. To our knowledge, there aren't many public toilets available in Florence. So, we found it very convenient to go back and forth between the hotel and tourist attractions during the day in case... wat mensen zeggen » that we had to use toilet without waiting in the long line. Even though the breakfast isn't included, the unlimited amount of drinking water and cup - We were presently surprised to discover that there is a little kirchen in our room so we were able to prepare our favorite hot instant comfort food! We can be adventurous with our food but having the freedom to be just lazy and not go out to eat is also welcome to weary teavellers :-) Our room was charming! Bathroom linens were elegantly bunched together with silk crimson ribbons on top of our beds :-) Coffee is dispensed in wide array of choices in a vendo but mind you, they are not instant co
