  Massimo is a great host! He is always so helpful to the needs of guests and I can see that he runs his B&B with heart and professionalism. The room and the bathroom is spotless also the bathrooms are not crowded since they are only shared by two rooms. And the room is much more bigger than I thought and very clean and nice.

  The room was so beautiful and fully equipped. Although the bathrooms are shared, they are clean and nice designed. Breakfast is included and there is a fridge and microwave oven for you to use. The hotel is located very near the central station and market is in walking distance. - Very welcoming.   We stayed in the apartment for a week and we enjoyed it very much. We had the studio.It has everything necessary-kitchenette, microwave, fridge, cutlery, what we really appreciated is that there was a washing machine in the basement and you dont have to pay for it extra. The location is great, a quiet street but in the centre, very thick walls so ... wat mensen zeggen » you dont hear your neighbours. The landlady is very hospitable, and helpful. The wi-fi works very well, all the facilities work properly. We liked sta - The apartment was in a beautiful 16th century building. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

  The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice. We enjoyed ending out day up at the roof top bar.... wat mensen zeggen » This hotel is very close to all attactions. We never needed a taxi once we arrived. The hotel staff had great recommendations for places to see to - i will have other people stay here. I do not understand very much italian and I enjoyed my stay. The english speaking was sufficient. Also it was very convenient to what I wanted to visit. I like music on the street and there was some nearby at night. joani

  For my wife and I, it all has to do with the staff and this hotel can boast of having very helpful and friendly staff. The owners are present and they participate in the day to day activities of running this very charming hotel. The rooms are somewhat unique as the rooms are all so different. The location is a ten. The breakfast server was ever so nice and pleasant. - This is a lovely hotel in the historic centre of Florence. It is only a five minute trundle - with suitcase - from the main railway station. The staff were very polite and helpful. There was plenty of choice when it came to breakfast time. I had a nice, clean room overlooking the bustling piazza and the Medici chapels. The (double) double-glazed windows shut out any traffic noise overnight. I would definitely recommend it.
