The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want. We were welcomed by David who was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants in the local area that were out of this world and very reasonable for the quality! Could not want a better location just minutes from Ponte Vecchio on the quieter side of the river. They have a small but fantastic spa downstairs - The suite was more than fantastic; the staff were caring and attentive; couldn't have been more helpful; the beds were Devine; the spa relaxing and the best position just near the bridge. Please go and stay with them you just couldn't find a bettervplace in Florence

  We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our honeymoon. The room was beautiful and very clean although can get very loud at night, must sleep with the window and shutters closed to avoid this. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of homemade pastries and bread, as well as fresh fruit. although we were told it was served at 7-10am, when we would g... wat mensen zeggen » o down at approximately 7:15, not all the food was out and prepared, including the bacon and eggs, so i think it is a better idea to have a later brea - My friend and I were very satisfied of our 4 days stay.The staffs were very polite and helpful and welcoming.The hotel is clean and quite and serves quite a variety of breakfast.The waitresses were so service minded.I want to stay there again.
