An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites.   The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice. We enjoyed ending out day up at the roof top bar.... wat mensen zeggen » This hotel is very close to all attactions. We never needed a taxi once we arrived. The hotel staff had great recommendations for places to see to - i will have other people stay here. I do not understand very much italian and I enjoyed my stay. The english speaking was sufficient.
