  The hotel was very well maintained. There is a small elevator which was great for heavy bags. My room was attended every day and the towels were changed daily. The woman who cleaned the rooms did a great job and was very pleasant. The entry is a bit dark which was a little off-putting at first, but it really is more about the use of a lot of dark ... wat mensen zeggen » wood and paint colors in the decor. My bed was comfortable. Sheets were nice and I had 2 pillows, plus a heavy blanket in the closet. The wifi which - The staffs are excellent, they are very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is good, easy to get to the main attractions and all the public transportation in Milan. But, it is a little bit difficult to find the hotel at the beginning. The hotel is really good for single travellers especially for those who would like to walk through the city like me.

They especially called a person knowing Indian Language(Hindi) so that we do not have any difficulty in communicating things.   Very nice Auberge/3*Hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpfull. We had the smallest room, bed was comfortable, bathroom was very nice! Although small tv it was ok(only italian channels). Enough space just for the night. Breakfast was very good and complete; including very nice cappucino/espresso, fruits, yoghurts, croissants, cakes, cereal e... wat mensen zeggen » tc. When we return to Milan we definitly come back. - This hotel was easy to find and located within a 7-10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Walking a further 5 minutes will take you to a train station connecting directly to the airport. The hotel is close to major attractions in Milan and is in a quiet street. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious.

  Erg vriendelijk personeel en mooie kamer met alls wat je nodig hebt.Ligt nog geen 5 minuten lopen van een grote winkelstraat en 10 minutenlopen van het centraal station. Ook de metro was niet verder dan 5minuten lopen. Vantevoren had ik gelezen dat er geluidsoverlast zoukunnen zijn, maar hier heb ik niks van gehoord. Het ontbijt is simpelmaar zeker... wat mensen zeggen » voldoende. - Vriendelijk personeel voordeel was dat ze goed engels spraken.
