  Location is just perfect. We have never used public transport. Everything is within walking distance. Next door restaurant (stair down) is marvelous. Highly recommended. We had a room with own separate bathroom. First impression was very confusing, however by the end of the fisrt day we used to our room and outside facilities. Wi-Fi was - Marco was fantastic, very helpful and very welcoming. He helped us book tickets to the Vatican & allowed us to keep our room late as we had an evening flight. He is so friendly and willing to help in any way he can. The room was huge & well equipped. Toiletries were offered, free WiFi, hairdryer, fridge, A/C. It was very laid back and you could come and go when you pleased - more like you had your own apartment. The location was excellent too. Would definately stay there again.

Because the area near the Piazza di Spana is my favorite area I was please to find the hotel so near. The price was excellent for the room size. It was far larger than expected.   This has a light breakfast included, decent size rooms but that's pretty much it regarding facilities. Stefano, was amazingly helpful and spoke excellent English. He offered a wonderful suggestion for a reasonable traditional Italian restaurant. The location cannot be beat, close to 2 Metro stops, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and you c... wat mensen zeggen » an walk almost anywhere within 1/2 hour. - I loved the location (2 blocks from the Spanish Steps, shopping and restaurants ... and easily within walking distance of most major sites). The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful (including the cleaners, breakfast staff and the front desk, which provided really good dinner recommendations 3 nights in a row). Our room for 4 was in a loft-style room so I loved the extra space!

They also helped us plan some of our trip and would give is a map and draw out routes to take or book dinner reservations by looking im them up on google and calling them for us. The rooms are very nice and extremely modern and the beds and pillows are some of the most comfortable - Chic & Town Luxury Rooms is in a great location, both to get to and to get around in the city. The hotel itself is really clean and welcoming.
