  We stayed there for 2 weeks in the middle of june 2013. Excellent location. The beach is just a few steps from the hotel entrance. The beach is very clean, Angelo and his men are there all day,making sure everything is OK. The restaurant is right on the beach. This is the only beach I´ve ever been where I feel safe leaving my expensive camera and ... wat mensen zeggen » other belongings on the beach chair while at lunch on one of the great nearby restaurants. The sea is very clear, great for snorkeling. Most of people - Superb! Splendid! Marvelous! Wonderful! Best-value-for-money hotel I have stayed at in a long-long time. The staff was fantastic: no matter what requests, desires, wishes we had they did everything to help us and were very-very kind. The hotel is in a very good shape, everything is fresh and new, including the furniture. Breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee: never have I had such a good hotel-breakfast-coffee as here.   Lovely hotel in a quieter part of Giardini Naxos, but still only 2 minutes walk to restaurants and 10 minutes to the main strip and beach. Also close to Taormina, which is easy to get by bus. The private beach was lovely and being able to sit out on the terrace was perfect. Staff were really friendly and helpful, which was great.   All the three receptionists were extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and look like they were renovated recently, which is a plus, obviously. The beds are slightly short, as a reviewer on here had mentioned, but this shouldn't be a problem unless you're over 6' or so. Breakfast is good and sufficient.   My husband and I stayed here with our two little girls last weekend. The hosts were very nice and hospitable. We booked an apartment and got one on the second floor (or "first" in europe) with a kitchen. There was a nice view of the sea, not spectacular but definitely more than I expected. The room(s) were very clean, surprisingly quiet, and well ... wat mensen zeggen » laid out. It wasn't luxurious, but for the price, you really can't beat it - it was great. The hotel was more of a B&B than a hotel, which we real - Beautifully clean and very-well equipped, as others have stated. They welcomed our labrador, one of the reasons we chose this hotel. As it's family run, they were friendly, helpful and supplied a terrific, generous breakfast. I work in the tourism industry where people DO NOT clean up after themselves and it's an EXTREMELY GOOD IDEA that anyone who uses the kitchen facility should pay to have it cleaned.
