Lack of noisy families made this place ideal for us. Large clean beach at the hotel but limited beach umberellas. Sun loungers were a little tired but plenty of them.

The view on the terrace where breakfast is served is very beautiful with a view of the sea and harbor. The room was fine, not too big, but the bathroom was very nice. You must park in the public lot and walk to the hotel. It is on a very interesting narrow street with many local shops and stores. The owner is very nice,accommodating and speaks very good English. We will stay here here again if we return.

The hotel location is near Gaeta communal beech and walking distanse 15-20 min to Borgo and another Gaeta old district - Porto Salvo. Only 20 min by bus to beeches of Sperlonga.   This B&B is one of best places I've ever been. Before all, it's situated in fantastic medieval city of Gaeta, in old little street full of flowers. So, as the hotel is located on a hill, it's offering breathtaking views from there. And, if you'll take a number wuth best view, you can enjoy these view from your bed and little balcony! Beautiful rooms with beautiful views. The service was amazing! The staff waited for us in the piazza without us asking and took our luggage in their car up the hill to the B&B. They were friendly and chatty. The nearby beach is incredible but for dinner and drinks make sure to take the steps down to the piazza and go RIGHT (when you're facing the water). We made the mistake of going left and there isn't much to do other than the beach - it's mostly residential once you pa
