  erg aangename sfeer, mooie omgeving, lekker rustig, mooi hotel - Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kamer en badkamer waren prima. De ligging tot het oude centrum van Florence was goed. het was ongeveer een half uur lopen bergafwaarts. Terug met de bus was niet zo'n succes. Lijn 13 deed er bijna een uur over.

  The host and her daughter were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived she booked 2 museums for us as she said we would have to wait in a long line without them and were grateful she did. The room was big and had a great bathroom and shower you could walk in. There was also a safe in the room.   This aparment very clean, comfortable and a relaxing home away from home. The owner Clara is a fantastic host and was very helpful with everything we needed including organising us tickets to skip the long lines to all the museums that we wanted to see. The main florence museums and other attractions are approx 20min walk from the apartment. I would definitely sta - My apartment was large and well appointed the location at the entrance if the Baboli gardens was perfect and seated as it was in a residential area only a short walk to all the sites if Florence and very close to some superb restaurants. Clara was available at the end of a phone for an advice and she's generously helped me to book ahead my way out of the queue. The apartment was the perfect antidote to tourist congestion.

  Palazzo Alfani was perfect, a beautiful apartment with everything we needed, local hints and restaurant recommendations. We had a huge apartment, with separate bedroom with afresco ceiling, lovely shower and bathroom, and really well equipped kitchen and living area with enough basic essentials to get you started. The restaurants we were recommended were all top notch, just a shame we only had 4 days, we highly recommend. - we were there for 4 nights for my wife birthday and totally enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was great . Great location as it is very central and within walking distance to many tourists attraction. Right opposite to LE ACADEMIA , Francesca was wonderful and helpful in every way. we will strongly recommend Palazzo Alfani al David and we are already planning on our next trip to Florence and intend to stay there again

We visited with our 8 and 5 year olds and they loved the carousel, pastry shops, and activity on the Plaza, which is right outside of the door. The Duomo is just a skip away. Having to go first to Hotel Lanzi did not present a problem for us and I particularly liked the fact that, having paid for the flat when we first arrived, we were not required to return to the hotel at check out - we were told to just leave the key device on the kitchen table.
