  I stayed in the hostel for 9 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, Alina is part of the staff and she gave me great advice on things and people in Florence. Very well located, is a very clean place.   Exceptionally friendly staff. 5-minute walk from Florence central station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella) as long as you can follow an Italian street map. A small fridge (room enough for a beer) is available.
