  In one way I do not wish to recommend this wonderful villa as I want it to be always available for me and my families personal use! However, that said I really want others to enjoy the extraordinary welcome and care given to us by the lovely Viviana and Paulo throughout our stay at this extraordinary villa. Hosts Viviana and Paulo made us welcome from the moment we walked through the gate. Their place is welcoming and relaxed and nothing is too much trouble. Viviana even showed us how to catch the bus and where to visit in Florence. Her daily treats and well stocked complimentary fridge were well received. We ate at the local restaurant six nights - another of Viviana's suggestions - fantastic. The quality of this place was great.

  The owner was quite personable and always willing to answer questions. We chose this place due to the fact that Florence Zona a Traffico Limito (ztl) area. Also, center Florence is quite congested with limited parking, so this place was ideal. The B&B is located on the outskirts of the tour area and a short bus ride to the center of town. Additionally, we had parking imm - Sylvia and Domenico are brother and sister. They operate this B&B. Both hosts were helpful, friendly and speak very good english. They were perfect!! A couple of renovations have been completed on the interior and Sylvias fashion design experience has had an influence. The rooms are spacious, and have their own bathroom facilities.   This was a pleasant surprise. Well-chosen modern interior and art made this feel like a luxury accomodation, yet quite affordable for a family of four. Walking distance to city center and despite located next to busy road, it was not noisy at all at night. Friendly and helpful owner (Mario) and staff made us feel welcome. The B&B is around 12 minutes walk from train station, the room is clean, quite, comfortable and well designed. The breakfast is rich & delicious, capuchino made by Mario is perfect! The staff recommended a restaurant in the neighborhood "Trattoria" I think it was called and I really recommend the place.   The room was fantastic, Clean, comfortable and very large. The bathroom was also very nice, well furnished with an excellent shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival they provided us with a map and directions to the center of the city. The Breakfast which consisted of cakes, fruit, yogurt etc.. was excellent. The location is decent, it is near from the main train station and the center of Florence. Gianna was very helpful and she was willing to make some bookings for tour, if necessary.   The owner Carlo is amazing. He had a wealth of information about Florence and the surrounding areas. He was also very nice, and helpful. We were told about all the hotspots as well as recommended restaurants in the vicinity of those sights. The B&B is also very clean, and quiet. It is also very close to the metro Firenze smn. The value for the price is ideal. - The hotel has recently been taken over and the owners are both friendly and ambitious to make improvements where possible. The room is large and after spending a day in bed sick, I can tell you how comfortable the bed is! Breakfast was small and simple but I do believe this is one of the changes to be made. We were within 10 minutes walk of the Duomo and downstairs is a fab coffee shop and one of the best kebab shops I've ever eaten at!
