The location is not far from the city center. On top of all these, the couple who owned the place are extreamly friendly and helpful, giving us a little instruction of florence on arrival and helping us on our dinner resevations. It also contained a mini kitchen. We were able to park the car just in front of this in the garden. Good quality and very 'civilised' breakfast. Longish, but good, walk into town.
