She goes well outside her 'contractual obligations' to solve one's problems.This was very much appreciated! The place is very central. One can reach most attractions on foot. One can have personalized contact and advice prior to the trip and this proved to be - We stayed in Casa Ilaria for two nights last June. Allthough Bologna can be quite tricky by car, we were lucky to find it without delay. The location is superb, in an elegant building in a lively area in the centre, a lot of students (which we liked). Everything is within walking distance, and the streets around are very nice to wander around in. A lot of nice restaurants, cafe's and musea close. Also breakfast was very nice. I liked the fact that everything was in order, carefully placed. Staff who is preparing the breakfast dedicates time.
