The apartment was cozy and very clean. Beds comfortable, no city sounds at night (though it's 2 steps from the main objects in city center), new design. We stayed a family of 5 adults in 2 separate apartments and we were satisfied by both! Price and quality ratio is reasonable and I would highly recommend to stay here when in Bologna!.

Very nice facility, in the heart of city center. Very well furbished and all the needed household equipments were provided. A so called, in building "terrace" is nice to have. Very good and preferable restaurants could be found around the facility.

Located in a street with many typical Italian coffee & wine bars and restaurants, where you do not see too many tourists.

the appartment is situated in a building with no reception, so you have to call the owner. Who was there within 5 minutes. Not really an issue, but good to now in advance i think.
No coffee maker in the kitchen. This is an essential item and it
shouldn't be assumed that because you give breakfast vouchers it is
not needed. People drink more than one coffee in a day. Providing
breakfast ingredients in the cupboards would be preferable to the
vouchers to the downstairs bar. Lack of washing machine despite taps and
space being available in the bathroom.
the minimum breakfast included not suitable for children (you could only choose coffee for drink!).
