  Beautiful, ELEGANT, boutique, LUXURY HOTEL WITH A VERY ATTENTIVE, CARING, HELPFUL STAFF. Everything about this hotel screams refined taste. Thought they have just recently opened, and they are still ironing out some electronic quirks, they are right on top of every detail. We truly loved this hotel in wonderful Verona! - The room was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful. And though the hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra, it was very peaceful I went there to celebrate a big birthday and staff helped with choosing a fabulous place to eat and also gave us good advice for our visit to Lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

  The girls and I loved the apartment we stayed in at the residence two. It was very convenient to have in room breakfast as we were affected by jet lag. The staff was always friendly and helpful in any interaction we had (reception, room service, spa, snack bar, restaurant...). The grounds of the hotels are amazing, we truly enjoyed the secluded ... wat mensen zeggen » atmosphere of the park, the natural lakes with mineral water. Our skin was wonderful after the stay. I also had a facial at the SPA end enjoyed the ex - We liked the long walks in the beautiful botanical garden with the Thermal Lake and Spa. Everybody has been very friendly and helpful. We liked our personal Training with Andrea Brunelli for fitness.

  The staff were very helpful and provided a really good service. The location on the lake was excellent and within easy walking distance to the local town. The indoor pool and facilities ( sauna etc ) was excellent and the pool tempurature was very nice however all facilites close very early and open very late in the morning.Breakfast was good with... wat mensen zeggen » plenty of choice and no major problems.   The hotel is really nice! I often travel a lot (business purpose)so I have seen a lot of hotels and I hope i could have a correct opinion on what somebody expects... New,nice, very clean. The position is quite good, not in the very center of Bardolino but rather near to. Very peaceful and quite position. The staff is excellent, kind and respectfu... wat mensen zeggen » l. I really advise this hotel to those how would like to take some relax and peace. The SPA is enormous and very nice. We have really enjoyed our sta - This hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. We were greeted with a glass of prosecco on arrival and were upgraded to a suite as it was our 1st wedding anniversary. The suite had 2 bathrooms, a lounge, a full size hot tub and a kingsize circular bed. The breakfast was amazing with a vast array of choices. The pools and facilities were top class and everywhere was spotlessly clean.
